This toothbrush makes funny annoying noises when turned on

Listed item as in stock, but then contacted me and told me it wasn't available. This made me not have a gift when needed. Refund was issued quickly though.

We ordered a specific brand/color/style backpack on line that we were not able to find in stores but luggage online showed in stock. We received the right brand backpack but not the specific color/ style we wanted. We decided to keep it regardless so we did not try to return but we weren’t satisfied with purchase. This was my first time ordering from them and I likely won’t order again since what they shipped was not what I ordered.

We received one of two bags we purchased broken. We didn’t discover this until after we left for our 3 week trip. It needs to be returned and replaced as soon as we get back!

Excellent service, excellent product

The 20% offer for first time customers is very restrictive; it excludes most premium brands (I was shopping for B&R). The coupon doesn't make this clear, and during checkout there is no explanation. This is something of a "bait and switch" offer, so I purchased directly from Briggs & Riley (and saved about $25 from luggageonline.com).
