Got erroneously trapped in their automated fraud flags which caused a terrible customer experience. When I finally was able to place an order, an automated popup asked me for feedback, which I shared, then they canceled my order and blacklisted me.

I placed an order 9/12/2026 and it finally came today. Almost one month late. I called about two weeks from the date I initally ordered and asked for a replacement. I also asked what the policy was if the first item eventually showed up, She said just keep it and a replacement was sent. So being the honest person I am I called Lovely Skin to let them know the first order finally came. So now they changed their tune. I have to return the first order or pay for it. They lied. They never thought the first order would show up. If they were good customer service they would stand by what they originally said to me. I worked in retail long enough to know what a classy company would do especially for a customer being inconvenienced for over a month. I am deleting my account. I don't recommend them because when push comes to shove you will get screwed.

The company sent me a tube of sunscreen that was set to expire within six months; by the fourth month of use, I suspected the formula had degraded, as it caused skin irritation. When buying sunscreen, I expect a shelf life of at least a year. I will never buy from this company again.

I ordered a product and did not receive it. I contacted the company and they told ME to contact USPS to find it. Meantime, I purchased a replacement and requested my refund. Terrible company

I ordered a product and this company charged my credit card advised the product would be delivered. No product came. I then got an email saying they have cancelled my order however they did not refund my money. I asked for an email advising they would either send my product or refund my money. They have not provided either. I am out my money and have no product. I wish I would have shopped elsewhere. I would definitely recommend to avoid shopping at Lovely Skin.

I ordered some eye cream that did not get rid of the puffiness under my eyes. I wanted to return it, but the return policy is insane.

Their customer service is out of sight man they're great and the products I love the olaplex shampoo and conditioner I had a problem with the spray number zero and they are sending me a label to send it back and send me a replacement how much easier could that be Anyway also just I love the company I hope they stay like they are

Skinmedica didn’t work like the original I bought from my dr. The lip plumper didn’t work either. Etc. I could go on…. I cancelled my subscription after that episode Then I get this email saying it’s been cancelled only NOW After they sent me another parcel for $600. I called to complain. I do hope head office listens to how rude this person was on the call
