Bought two jumbo lobster tails for a gift. Recipients report that they were terrific! Reliable shipping, too. Tails arrived frozen.

Easy to order and the price was very fair Unfortunately the lobsters arrived dead except for one. Customer service tried to rectify my 1st order by sending a replacement but they died. Customer service was awesome and I really appreciated it. Maybe a better ice packing system would keep the lobsters alive? Thank you!

Two times my lobsters arrived dead, I was given a refund for the food but not the shipping. For the third time my lobsters did not arrive at all on a holiday weekend. I got a full refund but will not give them a forth opportunity. Not the only fish in the sea so time to go someplace else!

The lobsters were fresh and delivered exactly as planned and outlined. This a great service, which we certainly plan to use again. We had a wonderful 44th wedding anniversary celebration!
