Making good hats without a logo on it

Fit and Quality are superb! So important to have different sizes because "one size fits all" is nonsense.

The hats aren’t as nice as the photos. The colors are terrific (I bought a blue and a brown) but the hats themselves are more light weight than i expected. And here’s the oddest thing, the bill on the blue is much longer than the bill on the brown, abnormally long like those boating caps. The brown is 2 5/8” and the blue is nearly 3”. Kudos to Lift Down for writing to me and offering to exchange the caps.

Hi Frederick, Sorry to hear that the hats didn’t meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback, and the difference in bill length between the two caps is definitely not how they should be. We’d love to make this right by offering you an exchange for a different style that might be a better fit for you. Update - Liftdown was kind and thoughtful enough to reach out to me about the quality issue I described and researched it to find out what occurred. They even sent replacement hats in different colors and advised they would let me know when the issue was resolved. I did not get the light colored hats, but I do give them a big “hats off” for providing great customer service! This was my 2nd purchase as I really liked the quality and fit of the hats. This purchase was 4 hats. The good news is the 2 darker colored hats are great. Unfortunately the 2 lighter colored hats are a different fit and the fabric is different as well. Kind of disappointed .

Caps are very comfortable. Well made. Sturdy clasp. Wife liked it too so I ordered her one. Red.

this is my third lift down cap. my first is still being worn, is durable, survived sweat, rain, and machine wash.
