Fast turn around and nice quality lenses.

Very efficient on sending mailer and returning my glasses. Only issue I have is the frame is not the one I sent. The glasses are working good so I don't know if they damaged or broke my old frames. They should have at least let me know the frames are not the ones I sent to them.

Decent work, but bevel on the outside is thicker than I would like. Price was reasonable.

They were super fast and now I can see perfectly once again. I got new lenses on my one year old frames. I mailed them on a Friday, they received them on Monday. They mailed the new glasses back on Wednesday and I received them on Friday. Now I see razor sharp with both eyes. Thanks for the great service.

The First time I ordered from lens factory everything was as good as one could ever hope, This time product was excellent, again, the timing was good; however, the screw on the right lens was not tightened properly before being shipped back to me and toward the end of the day lens fell out, fortunately it didn't hit the ground or get damaged but now I have unmatched screws on otherwise brand new glasses. not quite perfect this time ,but still overall very happy with lens factory

So far I have not receive my order. Glass Lenses take longer (2 to 3 weeks in the lab) so until I get my frames back with the new lenses made and installed it's hard to tell what the level and quality of service really should be rated. Emails are answered very promptly and no complaints.

I ordered my second pair of lenses and they turned out as good as the first pair. The work was completed in about a day and shipped right out. I'm very pleased.
