Glasses were received by LENSFACTORYon 4/15/19. Today is 5/4/19 I have yet to receive them back. I was told it takes 12 business days tops to complete the job. You do the math.

I have been dealing with Andrea S. who has been very helpful. I am experiencing a dllemma with my new Lens Factory lenses for both my clear lenses and my sunglasses. Both are progressive Rx. However, my eyes have not adjusted well to the reading portions of the lenses. I am not sure what to do next. I have been told to continue adjusting to them. However, I have been wearing progressive lenses for a long time and I simply can't appreciate them. I have to take up matters with the eye doctor who examined me and wrote the Rx and we need to find out why I am not satisfied.

MY GLASSES CAME BACK WITH THE WRONG PERSCRIPTION. SENT OUT A EMAIL FOR REFUND AND NEVER GOT RESPONSE BACK ABOUT IT.

This is my go-to place for affordable eyewear. No services near my home will provide lenses for frames I bring them. This solves the issue.
