DO NOT LET THEM REPLACE YOUR LENSES!!!! THEY DAMAGED MY LINDBERG FRAMES ($700) AND THEY WON’T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! THEY DO NOT HANDLE YOUR EYEGLASSES WITH CARE! THEY DIDN’T EVEN FIT THE LENSES WELL ON THE GLASSES! BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONALS!

Don't expect much from LD customer service...........I sent a set of Salt frames ($400 or so) in for new lenses and waited. After 2 or 3 weeks of not hearing anything back I reached out via their website and got a callback with a the news that they were very sorry but they had broken my frames during the install. To compensate me for the loss of my frames they offered me a free pair of their own $69 frames (my choice!). I explained why that was a good deal for them and a bad deal for me hoping that they would at least try to do a litter more for me. It took another week or so for a response.....No dice, they said and cancelled my order. I'm out my favorite frames. They lost a customer.

after like 6 months of waiting my glasses finally came. Dealing with their customer service 6 months ago to now is a night and day difference. They had to of switched up who runs it or something idk. Short of it they messed up but made it right and then some. Im totally happy

Two attempts to get replacement lenses for favorite frames. First set of lenses were made incorrectly. Lens Direct offered to replace at no charge. That was great. Customer service is great. Second lenses were still "off", with blurriness on the outer edge. I do not recommend Len Direct for replacement eyeglass lenses.

I absolutely reccomend Lens Direct. I uploaded my prescription, I sent my frames in the box they sent me and in less than two weeks I had my glasses. They emailed me every step of the way. It was probably the most pleasant eyeglass purchase I've ever made. Of course they were my frames that I liked anyway, but the lenses are perfect.

I’ve used lens direct for many pair of eyeglasses over the last 3 years, and their QA, communication, and precise nature they cut and fit the lenses, are some of the reasons that I will continue to be a customer in the future. their prices are great, and their work is top-notch!!!!.....why would I ever change??

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They don't tell you the contacts aren't available until after you purchase them and a few days later you will get an email saying they are backordered and are scheduled to ship later in the week and then get another email saying they are made to order and won't ship until 2nd week of February. RIDICULOUS! Never ordering from this place again.

DO NOT USE LENS DIRECT FOR YOUR LENS REPLACEMENT. They "validated" my prescription, but made a sign error on one of the eyes. Additionally, BOTH lenses are SO WRONG (more than just the sign error, I had to take them to my eye doctor to check them) that I can see better without correction than with my glasses. I called and asked for a refund because they massively messed up my order and I no longer trust them with my vision. They said they have a no refund policy but this should not apply when they have messed up. A supervisor was supposed to call me and they did not. Again, do not trust this company.
