I had LensDirect replace progressive prescription lenses in my eyeglasses and sunglass lenses in the clip-ons for the eyeglasses. The process was simple and affordable, and the results were outstanding! I don't often take the time to write a review, but this was an exceptionally good experience.

I accidentally had 2 Auto Refills created for my contacts. When I discovered that a second shipment of contacts were scheduled to ship out I contacted Customer Support. Warren was very helpful and friendly and quickly cancelled the duplicate order without any hassle!! This saved me from an extra charge on my credit card and from having to deal with sending the contacts back and wait for a refund. Thank you Warren!!
