Buying eyeglasses online is harder than in a store. You miss out on the chance to touch the frames, test the fit, and get real-time advice. Because glasses must fit well, work right, and look good, shopping online takes extra guesswork. That said, Kwasi provided prompt and helpful support.

My agent Kwasi was able to help correct a Rx problem. My fault-o sent my reader prescription instead of distance prescription. I didn’t even know I had a reader prescription. Thank you Kwasi for fixing it.
