I placed an order 8/25/2026. Sent my frames in. They have 10-14 business day processing (basically 3 weeks and they use all 3 weeks). Sometime in September - I was informed they broke my frames and they were replacing them. Once they get the new frames another 10-14 days of processing. I finally received my glasses October 4th. Put them on and the prescription for the left eye was off. Called them and they said they would expedite my order. The shipping label they gave me was not expedited and as of 10/12 - it is still "in progress" with with an estimated date of 10/24. Nothing Expedited about it after they have managed to screw this up 2x. Literally 2 months to get my glasses. This is the last time I use them.

Hello John! We sincerely apologize for the delays and frustration you’ve experienced. We understand how disappointing it is to wait so long for your glasses, receive them with an incorrect prescription, and then face additional delays despite being promised expedited service. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we’re truly sorry we fell short of your expectations.
