The rep was very informed and able to assist with my issue.

I accidentally sent in my moms prescription instead of mine. Didnt realize it until I got my new glasses from lens direct. They did arrive fast. But I couldn't see with them because it was the wrong prescription. All my fault. So I called and spoke to Djanna and gave her the right prescription and she sent me the whipping lqble to mail back the frames so they could put the right lenses in them. Excellent service. Hank you very much.

Decent prices with good lens options. could improve on the antiscratch coatings though.

Haven't received my lenses as of yet, but so far the experience has been smooth and trouble-free. I had a couple of questions that were easily and quickly answered by Nyah in the customer service department.
