Estimated arrival of shipment 4 days ago- tracking number shows arrival to USPS in my city on that day. May be a USPS issue vs Lens direct but regardless frustrating not knowing if/when contacts will arrive.

The package arrived smashed. By some miracle, the glasses were not damaged.

I dropped my replacement lenses after having them installed for less than a month so I contacted customer service about the warranty I saw on their FAQs page. Sennen was communicative, kind and understanding. I was very pleasantly surprised; the service at Lens Direct lived up to the reputation, an all-too-rare occurrence in online shopping these days. They replaced my lenses which were still under warranty with no hassle. Would buy again in an instant. Good value!

Wonderful! Order went smoothly and my contacts arrived by the end of the week. I found Lensdirect to be the most inexpensive for the expensive Acuvue lenses.
