Leibish & Co.Reviews of leibish.com

Upon finding Leibish on the internet I contacted them looking for something very specific. Amir found exactly what I envisioned and very quickly. I was sceptical about purchasing from a company I knew nothing about but no worries. The customer service from the initial contact to receipt of the package was stellar. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

We wanted something special for a very rare occasion - and decided a "golden diamond" was the ultimate choice. The problem was finding such a special stone. Fortunately we eventually found Liebish & Co. but were apprehensive about dealing with an overseas company - it was all the positive reviews that convinced us - and how glad we are, THE RING IS STUNNING .. …….and what a fantastic choice of stones, settings and of-course SERVICE. Thank you Amir and staff

Once again thank you for the great service. The earrings were a hit with my wife. She hasn't taken them off since she got them. As always, have a happy New Year.

This is my first time venturing into the delightful world of coloured diamonds and more importantly, my first online purchase of diamonds! Yikes! Of course all my caution and skepticism were at the highest level - and i certainly made sure I looked and looked and re-looked to ensure it was as promised! Leibish & Co not only met my expectations but exceeded it! Let me share why.. I am truly impressed with Leibish & Co - not only for the variety and quality of the colored stones they have in their inventory and their ability to quickly source the right stones but also the very high quality workmanship (which is very critical for me) of the end products. Above all, even though it was ultimately an online purchase, the level of prompt responsiveness made it such a very personable experience for me. I cant stress how critical this is as well given that jewelry you see online sometimes maybe not meet your expectations once in your hands. The quality of the photos and designers allow you to be very detailed about your specifications. My wonderful experience with Leibish was made possible with my sales contact person - Aviva Spotts. She is truly amazing and I really appreciate all her efforts. Aviva was friendly, didn't mind my endless stream of questions and change requests. She took time to understand my requirements and was very prompt to update me on a regular basis. For anyone buying a pricey item online - you definitely need to know who you are dealing with and Aviva was able to allay any concerns I had. I had since gone on to purchase 5 pieces of jewelry - each i am very happy with. Some are bespoke pieces which i am very pleased with. I will be sure to look out for more. From the start to end, the whole experience had far exceeded my expectations - even the delivery of the jewelry to Singapore from Israel was super prompt - and totally secured. For the delivery, I had 2 CISCO security guards appear at my home to ensure the jewelry i ordered was safely in my hands. Super thanks Aviva and all the team at Leibish ...Till my next piece of jewelry!

I found Leibish to be knowledgeable and very responsive...not to mention providing an excellent product at a competitive price. It was great to be able to pick out a stone and setting that were exactly what we were looking for. Once ordered they were great at giving updates throughout the manufacturing and shipping stages.

I am a return customer to Leibish & Co.I have had a great experience with Ari in my first purhcase approx 12 months ago. So, when choosing 2 similar size and coloured pinks for my 2 daughters, i had no hesitation in using them again. There were many times of indecision and Ari guided me through the process with the parameters and more importantly the budget that i was working with. The packaging is beautiful to reflect the product and also the company. I have no hesitation in recommending Leibish & Co for fancy coloured diamond purchases.

Great service from beginning to delivery. I was nervous about wiring the money but all worked out. The sipment was easily tracked and verified. Two day delivery to the US.

I have purchased several items from Liebish & Co in the past few years and each time they have been a pleasure to deal with. Communication is very good and they respond quickly to inquiries and questions. The items were always promptly dispatched in secure packaging. I have no hesitation in recommending Liebish & Co.
