Hey There, It's true that our Customer Success team did take 2 business days to get back to you, which included Sunday December 6th, the day of your ticket (our team is not available over weekends). The beginning of the week is always the busiest for us so I appreciate your patience as we work through every inquiry! Our team did get back to you, however, we'll need more information from you to be helpful. Screenshots, recordings of your screen, error messages, steps you took and where you got stuck are always going to help us help you faster. Looking forward to hearing back from you in your ticket, we're definitely here for you!
