I honestly can't recommend this company. LearnDash (and Liquid Web, their parent company) may be cheaper than other LMS softwares, but their customer service sucks!!! If you have an issue that can't be resolved by filtering through their docs or chatting with their AI assistant, then good luck! Expect to be left out in the cold to fend for your self because it's hit or miss if you will get a response if you try to contact an actual Human. Expect to see an ongoing message upon submitting your ticket that they are aware of an error with the contact form. Well lemme tell ya, that error has been up for weeks now, so if their techs don't have a known support error like that resolved by now, it loudly says to me that either their totally incompetent - or just don't care about the lifeblood of their business: The Customers (I'm inclined to believe the ladder). The software may pan out okay, but I feel really uneasy just thinking that if something goes wrong that I can't figure out myself, then I'm screwed and left out in the cold! And you probably will be too. And to top it off, I see that they've recently raised their prices. Well, one thing they forgot is to raise the level of their customer service along with. Risky Business - Not Recommended!

Worst support ever. Our site has been down for days, we have paid for years for this software and the support has always been terrible, but our options are limited to what we can afford. Be warned since they were acquired it has gotten worse.

The Support engineer was knowledgeable and not only resolved the problem but went beyond to provide helpful information for related issues.

Disappointed after years of satisfaction — LearnDash App is not ready for business-critical use We are a company offering online courses in nautical education and certification. A few years ago, we chose LearnDash as our LMS, and until recently we had been very satisfied with the platform. Unfortunately, our experience changed completely after purchasing the LearnDash App solution. We invested a significant amount of time and money during the spring to launch our own apps, which were planned to be introduced during a major trade fair we attended in March. Sadly, LearnDash has not delivered a functioning app solution. In the beginning, support responded quickly and helped resolve some bugs. However, one major and business-critical issue still remains: courses do not appear after opening the app. This makes the app essentially unusable for our students. We reported this issue on February 21, and it is still unresolved at the time of writing. Even more frustrating is that we have had to contact support ourselves for updates, rather than being proactively informed. The response has remained more or less the same: they are investigating and will get back to us. The case is now around 90 days old, still unresolved, and affects a core function of the app. Because of this, we cannot recommend LearnDash to businesses, especially companies that depend on their LMS for revenue and commercial operations. We have lost significant income due to LearnDash’s delays, and the situation has damaged both our business and our competitiveness. After being happy LearnDash customers for several years, this has been a very disappointing experience.

Cielito Cadullo gave excellent support to help resolve an issue I had when using Articulate Rise 360 content in Learn Dash. This was a bit more complicated than a normal request yet she spent a significant amount of time helping to resolve the problem. This has certainly given me even more confidence with using this platform. Excellent customer support.

Had to solve an urgent issue alone after a while of waiting. 5 days waiting and i get a basic email reply that is not even related to my issue. Then get another email response after 5 extra days asking for more info. Well after a while, you solve it yourself and give up on there support. I just wish I did not purchase the update, since it broke the website, customers where mad. Should I have kept the old version without having so much issues.

It's 2026, and I've been using LearnDash since 2020. Overall, the plugin is good and does its job. The problem lies with the support team, which, as is often the case when you contact them, does everything it can to avoid admitting that the problem is on their end. I had an SDK issue between Stripe and Elementor. For six weeks, they insisted the problem wasn't with them, but with the other parties involved. Finally, they released an update, which resolved the issue (after six weeks of error messages on the front end). Now, I have a translation problem. For six years, the French translation worked perfectly, but now it has significantly deteriorated since the last updates, and the only solution I'm offered is to install another translation plugin to manually translate fields that are displaying errors in the English version. The support is simply not up to par.
