The customer service is excellent. When I had a conflict between my WordPress set-up and a new version of the plug-in, not only was the rep quick to respond, he gave me step-by-step instructions. It wasn't a straight copy-paste, he wrote from the *user's* perspective, with multiple options all at once in a clear and easy-to-understand layout. Using his instructions, I solved the issue with only one email exchange - likely would have taken half a dozen with other bot-driven services. Friendly and helpful!
