I got approved for a card, paid the fee, and it’s been over three weeks and I haven’t gotten my card. I message support and they tell me I have to pay the fee, again. Ridiculous.

Hi Reghan! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I see that you were billed $99 after being seen and approved by the provider. The Leafwell fee is for the consultation and the certification that is good for one year. In your state, there is an annual fee of $50 charged by the state for them to issue the card unless you qualify for one of their programs that waives the fee. I apologize for any confusion caused by the next steps. I will notify our escalations team and ask that of them reach out to see if they can assist or answer any questions.
Although I did not receive my discount you were advertising I paid the 100 bucks a little disappointed.
