SCAMMERS DO NOT USE
Two years in a row neglected to submit my renewal form to the state and didn’t answer when asked for a refund seems scammy.

I can assure you that we are not scammers and truly care about making sure patients are able to access their medication as easily as possible. I don't see contact information attached to this review so that we can reach back out, but I will notify our escalation team so that they can try to locate your chart. If they can locate your chart, they will reach out and do all they can to help.
