Hello Randy! Thank you for leaving us feedback so that we can try to clarify. In your state, after being approved by the provider, patients have to submit an application and payment on the state website. Once the application and payment have been submitted, it can take the state 30 days to process the application. After they have approved you, the digital card can be downloaded at that time. Hi Laura! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. The state of Texas does not issue cards, as they have a database that state-licensed dispensaries can search after your approval. It is listed on our site that your state doesn't have cards issued. I apologize that it was not clear, and for any frustration caused.
