Hi Ann! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I sincerely apologize for the post approval process frustration. I understand how important it is to be able to complete that step so that you can access your medication, and how each state's process can be confusing. While we can not complete the state-side application for patients, we are more than happy to verbally walk patients through the process and try to answer any questions that come up. I see that you mentioned that you were able to get the information to the state of Oklahoma. If any other questions arise or if we can help in the process, please do not hesitate to reach out. At this time, we are unable to complete the state application for patients, but we are happy to guide them through. Here at Leafwell, we are the certifying provider's office, and we do not sell any products. I apologize for any confusion. If you have issues with the products or pricing, you may need to speak with higher management at your chosen medical dispensary.

I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations for the certification process and that you were not happy with the selections at your local medical dispensaries. Depending on the state you are in, the chosen medical dispensaries may be able to assist with finding products that meet your needs. Additionally, our membership program is optional and is not a requirement to be seen by our company.
