Hello Poppason. I am very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our services, along with any inconvenience or confusion caused. Our providers see patients through video consultations to review their medical information and determine if they qualify for a medical cannabis certification based on each state's guidelines. I can assure you we are not a scam, nor have we claimed to be able to diagnose patients or provide a long term medical plan. We do have a break down of all the fees that will be required to obtain the medical card, from the consultation fees to the state application fees. In your state, the digital copy of the certification is generally uploaded on the same day to allow use while waiting on the physical copy to be mailed. I understand how important it is to be able to access your medication, and I apologize for the issues we caused. Our upper management team for both our support team and our providers have been notified so that we can ensure that this does not happen again. We will also be coaching both the provider and team members you worked with, to make sure they realize the impact of their actions here and how they will have to improve.
