Depending on what state you have been certified for, there may be additional steps required before a card is issued or before purchases can be made. We send out next steps to all our patients via email post-approval with the instructions needed. I apologize if they were not clear and for any confusion caused. I see that one of our senior team leads has made technical support aware of the error and issued a refund for the $25 no-show fee.
