The installer was very knowledgeable and timely with his installation of a great product.

Stair lift works great.

Took longer than told, worker did not show up todays and took 6 days to complete. The workers were sud contacted, I was lead to believe they were your employees. I had to Derrick them what to do. They framed over Alf wall and insulation, that was all moldy. The main man was always gone getting parts and it was just his helper. They did not do any protection, so my house go very dusty. He wiped everything it the basement down. But house was still dirty. May cleaning lady chafed me $120 extra to clean the house. I signed off on the project to get ride off him. He said he left me a tub off caulking so I could do though up. The tub was 90 % empty. I called the salesman and he did not have the curtsy to call me back. I

I had my stairlift installed on Friday January 13th. I liked everything about the process. The salesman did a good job of presenting the lift’s features and I chose what day was convenient to install. The installer was very punctual and did an excellent job installing the lift and demonstrating the operation. The installer was very neat and vacuumed any little shavings that were there. The lift appears to be well made and I am loving the lift because of my knee issues. Very glad to have it in the house.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, install done very well and crew was also veri friendly and professional.

The salesman was on time He was polite and explained every thing about the product, the company, and the cost. Answered all our questions, We decided to purchase at that time and he arranged tohave the chair lift to be installed the next day. The man that was to install the next day Again arrived on time and went to work right away. Was also very pleasant and answered any of our questions as he worked. When he finished he showed us how it operated. And had my husband ,who is the one to be the primary person who needs the lift

SKILL & HARD WORK OF INSTALLERS,FINISHED PRODUCT WAS EVERYTHING WE EXPECTED

What a relief for my knee problem. Since my husband is very ill, I sleep downstairs and must climb 14 steps to the main floor each morning. As I am 80 years old, my knees were taking a beating. I understand the stair lift will not heal my knees however they willl now save them from getting worse. What a blessing! Great service! My only regret is that it would be so wonderful if the company would tell the customer to check with their insurance company before purchasing as that would have saved us thousands.
