We had a pretty long wait between signing up for our walk in shower and getting it installed. That was alright, but there was very little communication from your company. I had to call a few times to find out what was going on. The installers did a good job and my wife enjoys her shower, though the trim work could have been better. We were given a shower chair, which was a nice touch, but it collapsed after five uses. We were blessed that my wife wasn’t injured. I would probably go with someone else if I had it to do over.

Appearance is great, and the safety bars work well. Shower curtain does not go low enough, so water comes out onto the bathroom floor. I hope that you can recommend or provide a system that avoids that problem. Installation: Installer used sledge hammer to remove the old wall material. In doing so, the plaster in the adjacent room was broken, leaving several holes in that wall. I will be calling to request a solution to that damage.

Install was quick and easy. Would have given 5 stars, but we have had to call someone back out twice to adjust the doors on shower and may have to call out again. The doors will tighten up almost to the point of not opening. Other than that one issue, everything is great. Wife loves it.

My chair lift stopped working. So I called customer service and was told I would receive an answer up to 24 hrs. Well I waited and no one called. So I called the Regional Operations Manager Lee Godley who contacted someone in customer service. They agreed to come and service the chair on a Saturday. No one called, no one came. So I had to wait until Monday, no service or calls on weekends! By then my chair had been out of service for 8 days. Finally on Tuesday late evening someone came and installed a new chair lift satisfactorily. Not a very good service review because of the time factor and the fact that a service call was not performed as stated. Catherine Pendergraft

My wife and I redid our bathtub enclosure by ourselves, what a mess! Leaf did a great job fixing the mess and making our bathtub a pleasure to use again. Although it was rather expensive, it was worth every penny.

Very pleasant installer, polite and informative. He knew what he was doing. Cleaned up everything. Job well done..

Leaf solutions installed a shower for us without a rod for a shower curtain, a cheap shower head that was finally replaced. They were paid then didn't want to respond to any ongoing problems we have had with the shower. very disappointed in the work considering how expense of the shower. we got the bare minimum. No seat was provided, we bought one separately. I won't recommend your company to anyone who has asked me about the work and the cost.

The one day install turned into a four day install and I still had to wait on some screws to install the safety rail myself. Was told that the loan was not a lien against our home during the sale, but when I tried to refinance my home the loan came up as a lien against my home which created big issues. The final product turned out nice but I will never do business with them again.
