Does not tell you Uber is the service being used. paid for suburban received toyota, the driver David however was nice. return trip from airport was suburban but confusion from uber app vs your text msgs driver thought talked to me but actually your rep. very confusing therefore tension was on the rides.

They don't have phone service, only text. I don't have text capability and chatted with "customer service" to find an alternative way to communicate. They were very rude and I ended up canceling my ride, only to find out it was 1 hour past the refund window. Don't use this company. They are very unprofessional and won't work with customers to find solutions.

Right on time. Checked in with me to make sure I connected with my driver. Driver was friendly. Smooth ride.

Avoid booking with this company. I was left stranded with my partner late at night. I followed my booking direction to meet the private car booked and paid for without any luck. No car or driver anywhere. I texted the contact number, no response. I finally received a text message stating it had been cancelled, no explanation. What?? They refused to call me instead sending text messages stating they had advised me. I did not receive anything. I was left stranded at an airport I have not been to before. This company is disgusting and I would suggest you select another company that will provide you with a professional and reliable service. This is not that company.

Best ride ever. Laxride provides a fantastic booking portal, keep you up to date on every move and provides safe and efficient drivers. I’ll use them every time.
