The driver was exceptionally nice. I normally have panic attacks when being driven. I was put at ease by the driver's safe driving skills. I would definitely use again.

I liked that the texting was available for interaction. I appeciated that because I am Deaf. Thank you.

Booking cancelled with no explenation when we were already on the airport

I really loved LAXRIDE. I love how they are so prompt and communication is via text message. The driver was so nice and patient with me even when I wrote in the wrong destination address.

We booked it three days in advance. Got confirmation email, SMS and Welcome! Then, 36 hours before the ride, we get a cancellation email (overbooking, which I don't believe) and then later a confirmation email with all good. In the end, I tried to contact them. No phone service. Only a dispatcher company replies to SMS. Super confusing. Customer support from Jayride does not reply. I canceled on the website, luckily 24h in advance. Still need to see if I get a refund easily. . I wee many other reviews like this. Don't trust their 5* on their website. (overbooking is not credible, I think it's just that they did not have a driver willing to go where we were)

Making arrangements for our trip was very straight forward and easy. Every detail was clear and simple. Our driver picked us up on time in a very comfy car. He was very pleasant and friendly, knew the route, and got us to LAX in very good time! Would be happy to do business with this company anytime!

Sorry to say that but this company is sucks! I wrote the request that I have a surfboard. Then they said my request was perfect. However, on that day, they sent me Mini. Of course it didn’t fit! And they said I should order mini van! Why didn’t tell me first?! I was forced to pay another 20 bugs! I don’t know if I could make my flight!
