Ride was nice. Comfortable. Driver did a nice job. However, I have requested a receipt and have heard nothing back. No response at all. I’m surprised you don’t send one automatically.

My driver Pablo was great. But I worried if I’d have a driver. I waited 20 mins for someone to arrive. No one to meet me. I asked where I should wait for the car... The folks at the airport never heard of your company. When I called (then messaged), the person with your company thought I was at Cutter Airport. I think you guys are the only game in town until Sandia Shuttle starts again. So please step up a bit more. Thank You.

Was fine fairly prompt even arranged to return keys I left in car

Car kinda small. Drive is on and off gas. Kinda annoying. Big traffic problem but he did well

The driver was prompt and courteous and very professional.

Quite supportive management, helped me to get from San-Francisco to Davis after a long flight. Even though the first driver refused to take me, they quickly found another one. All in all, the ride was fast and comfortable; and the driver was very nice.

Did not realize that arranging this service would simply be a Lyft driver was called for me. The wait at the airport was longer than I would have liked. I texted as soon as I landed and was led to believe my driver was waiting in a nearby lot but I still waited at the pick up point for 20 minutes. The driver himself was nice though.

Had to wait for about 10-15 minutes longer than we expected, but other than that everything was great! Easy to use, affordable, and our driver Victoria in Sacramento was wonderful!
