The receptionist didn't say hello or acknowledge me in any way. The technician didn't look at me the entire time, even when I said hello. My veins are prominent and she missed it and caused a black & blue mark. This has never happened to me. I will never go back.

I spent several weeks trying to establish a laboratory account for my telemedicine practice. I was repeatedly told someone would contact me, transferred multiple times, and had to make several follow-up calls. Ultimately, I was informed that Labcorp no longer establishes accounts for telemedicine practices. Had this policy been communicated at the beginning, it would have saved weeks of unnecessary phone calls, emails, and frustration. If this is Labcorp’s policy, it should be clearly communicated to prospective providers before they invest significant time pursuing an account.

Twice they cancelled my appointment the day of, and the third time they didn't honor my appointment--other patients without appointments went ahead of me. I'm switching to Dignity.

I have sent them numerous emails about requesting a paper invoice and all I've gotten was ignored and repeated email bills . Maybe they should pay attention to the emails that have been sent to them and handle the small problem but it seems way above their abilities.

Fort Washington, PA. Customer Service was terrible. They were loud and unprofessional. Received multiple dirty looks. I was not treated like a customer and I was not comfortable with the lady treating me. Terrible experience, would recommend avoiding.

Do not think for one second this place cares anything about you. Lab errors resulting in redraw, billing errors resulting in refusal of much needed lab work. Just horrible. Now I'll have to navigate the phones which looks like a treat based on other reviews.

Their system is extremely fickle. One different thing from what the provider wrote to my actual, the owner of the identity has as a name or address and it's a huge problem. What a nightmare deleting accounts, creating accounts, getting tests and then they charge you for this nightmare. Just do yourself a favor and go to Quest.

I was able to get reliable STD testing done quickly and professionally. Results came back promptly and were easy to share with those who needed to see them. Prices are a little steep, but that's the worst I can say for them.
