LABCORP sucks! Very unprofessional and they DO NOT CARE about their patients. Had an scheduled appmt today 8/17/26. I arrived at 11:15 for my 11:30 AM appmt. There was a sign saying "please sign in on this clipboard as our system is down". I signed in and waited. The techs called people in and out as I waited. At NOON the tech comes out and says they are going on lunch break and will be back at 1pm ET. I'd been fasting since the night before and I didn't have time to wait for them to take their lunch break. I would've appreciated the tech informing US that this was their "policy" of taking a break at NOON knowing that there was SEVERAL of us waiting and they would not get to us. I HATE LABCORP and will not return. And its not just ME. Read the other reviews. How are they still is business is a mystery to me.

There is a reason why they only have 1 star. My experience was horrible. After I paid for my lab work, 20 days later they fraudulantly charged me another $78. After going back and forth with them, they threatened going to collections and hurting my credit score. You can't talk to anyone there, only A.I email responses. They are highly unethical and I would recommend going anywhere else. I hope this helps someone else before they scam you too.

It's a strange time when consumers are legit posting more negative reviews than positive, when companies should be going above and beyond to be professional. The only comment I have to make about Lab Corp is as a patient to, if you have to make payments (1) make check payments via mail so Lab Corp doesn't charge your card without authorization or (2) record the calls to billing (because they record you) so that when you reverse the charge, the reason is documented. Quest is far better!

Two express service stations and six people behind the counter and one person waiting in the waiting room. I'm not sure what would have been express when I have to type in all of my information when I believe it could have just been easy for someone to take care of me at the counter. But what do I know. I'll go somewhere else, where the supervisors as I was told they were aren't so busy.

I have visited this lab corp several times. Not sire if they are always understaffed or what the issue is. They aren’t very polite or interested in assisting those who come in. Maybe they know you have few choices on where to go. Very disappointing. I can tell by the ratings this is common practice for Lab Corp

I needed a TB test done to start work in a public school. After I had the test done, my employer insisted the results needed to be on a special form ( basically just a statement that the test was negative but on their specific form) Spent 3 days go around with customer service before someone finally told me there was just no way to do it. Currently sitting here waiting to have my second TB test in a week done.

8/1/26 (Sat.). Apparently, I was frustrated bcuz I went 3x to this B/A. 1) bad hours & it was closed 2) Arrived near closing time & couldn't do blood order on Saturday (open 1/2 day) 3) Finally login on 6/15/26 (M) at Kiosk & did blood test! 🙏 Got my results & questioning it! First of all, the lab tech took 2 vials of my blood & noticed NO LABEL with my name on each vial, didn't sign anything as everything is done paperless. Now, the most important thing is I question why my results came up NORMAL despite dealing with chronic pain due to an autoimmune condition & the other medical conditions like FMS cannot be tested by blood testing alone. I question what went wrong & test results are inconclusive to my chronic medical conditions! I will add that I started taking 250mg Magnesium Citrate & this is just a supplement. I question if there was any discrepancies in the handling of my blood test, the testing of it & if there was a labeling mistake?

I have had several blood draws by Zamira, at the Castle Rock, CO location. Zamira always greets you with a smile and a hello. She is quick and efficient checking you in. Technically, she is the best phlebotomist I've had in memory. Just a little chit-chat and - bam! - you're done. No pain; no strain.
