Honestly the customer service was horrible . I had an ongoing bill since December I kept giving my insurance and every time I called they messed it up. They kept sending the bill and every time it was about how THEY got something wrong . I repeated my member id number multiple times and I wish I knew the last person I spoke to absolutely atrocious and had so much attitude blaming me !!! Ridiculous. Should not be working there . I had to call my insurance so they could call them to get the bill sorted out after multiple months and times of me calling .

i think like all big companies, employees settle in and then you as the client are screwed. Labcorp use to be so accessible in walgreens in Jupiter Florida. Now the blood collector, hides in the office for long periods without assisting anyone. Too bad medical procedures are extremely important to Americans.

I think LabCorp is committing medical malpractice at best and, at the very least, showing zero concern for their customeers. I dropped off a test on July 11 at my local LabCorp in Wheaton, Md. to see whether I had the cyclospora parasite. On May 21 I had not received any results and the company said there was a delay. I cannot receive treatment until my doctor knows what is happening. Here's the malpractice part. The company refuses to provide either a reason for the delay or an estimated date for results. My doctor agrees this outrageous, and LabCorp refused his request to expedite the results. I am redoing the home test with a local hospital.

Medicare patients beware! When your doctor orders lab work from Labcorp the lab can and does add additional lab tests that your doctor does not order. When submitted to Medicare for payment those test that are not needed, or ordered by your doctor, are denied Medicare payment and end up being billed to the patient. If you watch your Medicare Summary Statements you will see that they are not covered. Padding billings allows Labcorp to collect full payment for these tests from the patient. Three labs were ordered Lipid panel, A1c and Lipo B. Three tubes of blood drawn. Results showed on LIpids and A1c. Customer service horrible. Lab sent review. Stated no one helped. Said look into it. Stated all lab results there even though they weren’t . Kept insisting there. Finally came back and said MD never ordered. Interesting since 3 tubes of blood were drawn. Being in medical field I knew they were lying. Asked for money back and never heard from them.All they handed me was a bunch of lies and excuses.

Labcorp at 3300 Webster street Oakland california is setting up Appointments but when you show up for your Appointment they are Closed. Not Cool

I was denied service bc of my service dog, an ADA violation!

Charged more than $400 for a test with a listed price of $179. Lab test had to be repeated so I had to pay for the test twice and for the sample draw twice. Phone support was very slow and with an accent that was hard to understand. After several calls I was told I just needed to pay the bill.
