Not sure what is going on with Labcorp but I have used them for years not just in Florida but other places too. Went to the Ascension 210 Lab in St.Johns where I have gone since living in Florida, I was always able to walk in and have my blood drawn for testing, not today. No one in the waiting area but the Kiosk would not allow me to check in, had to make an appointment, in one week. Went to another provider and had no problems, My wife and I will henceforth use the other provider. Labs are a business and Labcorp is not user friendly.

You can make an appointment. They will send you a reminder the day before. Then when you arrive there is a little note on the door saying they are closed that day, again and again, location after location.

I usually go for my blood drawn on Saturdays, and about a month ago I went for one, and only they couldn't get very much out of me. So I came back for more on the same day, but no luck. So I waited about 3 more weeks to go back again, and there was Ben Vara, the guy who could draw it with no problem. He had a lot of experience and was very courteous and supportive because I got pretty nervous knowing my veins are pretty tough to work with. I really recommend Ben for a full-time position at this Quest office in Victorville, California. We really need people like him to feel safe. Please let him be a full-time phlebotomist. I need to feel happy when it's time for me to stop by this office and know that he will be one of the few people who can work with my veins with no problem. 03/04/2025

How do they not have a tracking system? Got work done Friday and in the past it has taken 24 hours or less to get rests. Now goimg on 48. Cant even confirm if they got it. Noone on the phones for the weekend. Such a trash company. Even Quest has tracking on their portals.

Made an appointment last month for today (2/18/25) and put it on my calendar immediately. When I arrived today prior to my scheduled time my check in didn't state appointment! Woman at the desk said I was NOT on the list. Apparently you'd better know your confirmation number or you're S.O.L. in this place....should put mouse ears on the building...

Brought some family in for some testing that we scheduled for online. There was a lady up front dark skinned said her name was Alfreda. Giving a description because she doesn't wear a name tag and she's obviously the same person everyone here is complaining about. We arrived 02/17/25 at 9:45 am. This lady was extremely rude to my Fiance Tanya Jernigan. She gave our family a hard time kept saying they can't see us even though we had an appointment. Went back and forth about all kinds of things that had nothing to do with anything we did wrong. How can a medical facility employ someone like this to handle paying customers!!! Never going back, this lady needs removed from employment. This is the worse experience we have ever gone through!!

West Chester. 520 Maple Ave. 2days in a row. Went for my blood test (had an appointment). Feb 13 and 14. 15 minutes before my appointment tech comes out (1:15). And tells us to leave b/c she has to go to lunch. Repeat I Had An App). Went to Hopewell Rd in Downingtown. They were VERY nice. Never go too West Chester. Disapline needed. I hope someone in charge of the company sees this. Too bad there is not a ZERO rating!!!
