Appointment was scheduled a week and a half ago. I got a reminder the morning of the appointment, I showed up at the scheduled time and the office was closed for the day, while on the phone trying to sort it out 3 other patients with scheduled appointments showed up to the closed office. Website showed the location was open (I had an appointment…), door locked with a note saying closed for the day. By the way the call was not able to sort out the situation and put me on “a list”. I had delayed a visit to my elderly parents in order to get my blood work done,…..would not depend or use Labcorp in the future if given any choice at all As far as how I would rate my experience I gave it a #1 because 0 was not available.

Lab Corp La Cholla Blvd. Tucson, AZ Front desk. very rude. Staff and techs appear to be selecting preferred patients while those, even with appointments, are ignored.

I went to my doctor for follow up of chronic neck, back and arm pain requesting a prescription for something stronger than XS Tylenol. The APRN agreed to give me a prescription for Cyclobenzaprine. It is not a controlled medication. She asked me to provide a urine sample. I complied. I then received a notification from LabCorp that the test could not be completed due to inadequate specimen. A couple of weeks later, I received a bill for the lab test. I called customer service and was placed on hold for 32 minutes then, call was disconnected. I called back and spoke to a different agent who said that the lab test was completed and I need to pay the fees. He refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor. I have filed complaints with multiple administrations including Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commissioner. I do not feel this is valid and believe this is blatant fraud.

I have never had an issue with Labcorp. Everyone is always nice to me. I might sit in the waiting room for 5-10 minutes before I am helped. Their office is always clean and the staff always professional. 🙂

Please do not use this company. It is so difficult to work out issues. The day of my appt I paid in full. Left with invoice/receipt in hand. Not realizing the front desk woman entered the wrong ordering physician info. So, a few weeks later I receive a bill for almost $500 for testing my Dr did not order. After repeated calls to Labcorp billings from me and my Dr’s office trying to resolve this charge I realized Labcorp error which I pointed out to them. They said they I was not responsible and they would zero out my balance. Great! Nope. A week or so later I receive another bill for same amount. Call again. The person tells me the same thing. I am not responsible and my balance will be zeroed out. ‘Give it up to 7day’. Less than 2 weeks later I have received yet another notice for same charge. I will continue to call.
