Hi Kathe, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that you found the program easy to follow. One of the goals behind Prolon was to create a fasting experience that is structured and accessible while helping address some of the challenges often associated with prolonged water fasting, such as adherence, dehydration, muscle loss, nutrient deficiencies, and other potential side effects. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the soups and bars. Taste preferences are highly personal, and feedback like yours is incredibly valuable as we continue to improve our products and explore future innovations. In fact, many of our newer products and flavors have been developed in response to customer feedback over the years. The foods included in Prolon are carefully formulated to provide a specific combination of nutrients that help nourish the body while maintaining a fasting-mimicking state. Ingredients such as nuts, olives, flax seeds, vegetables, lentils, spices, and prebiotic fibers were selected based on decades of research and their ability to support the fasting experience while avoiding activation of key nutrient-sensing pathways associated with growth and feeding. We genuinely appreciate your feedback regarding product variety and flavor preferences and will be sure to share it with our team. Thank you again for giving Prolon a try and for helping us continue to improve.

Hi Edward, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear about the positive results you've achieved and appreciate you taking the time to tell your story. Your perspective as a retired MD PhD makes your feedback especially meaningful, and we're honored that ProLon was part of your health journey. We are particularly encouraged to hear that you were able to achieve your goals while maintaining muscle mass and strength. Preserving lean body mass while supporting metabolic health has been an important area of focus in fasting-mimicking diet research, and it's wonderful to hear how that translated into your personal experience. Thank you again for your thoughtful review and for placing your trust in Prolon. We wish you continued success and good health.

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad to hear that Prolon's 5-Day Fasting Mimicking Diet has supported your health and immune system. It appears that this review may be related to an order placed through Prolon Australia rather than L-Nutra Health. While we are affiliated companies and our customer support team assists customers in both regions, L-Nutra Health and Prolon Australia operate separate fulfillment systems. We understand your frustration regarding product availability in Australia, and we sincerely apologize for the difficulties you experienced. Historically, inventory challenges in Australia have occasionally resulted in products being unavailable when customers were ready to order. We recognize that this was frustrating and did not meet the experience we strive to provide. Although our customer service team supports both U.S. and Australian customers, Prolon kits intended for Australia cannot be shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse. Australian inventory is manufactured, imported, and distributed specifically to meet Australian regulatory and customs requirements, and individual kits shipped from the United States are not approved for direct import into Australia. To better serve our Australian customers, we maintain inventory within Australia, which allows for faster fulfillment and delivery once orders are placed. We have also recently strengthened our operations and inventory planning processes to help prevent future stock shortages and improve product availability. We truly appreciate your feedback and apologize that your experience fell short of expectations. Our team is committed to providing the best possible support to all Prolon customers, and we are actively working to ensure a smoother experience for customers in Australia moving forward. We would love the chance to improve our communications with you. Please contact [email protected] and ask for a manager if you would like to discuss further. We welcome a conversation with you. We apologize for any confusion regarding the difference between Prolon USA, Prolon Australia, and L-Nutra Health. L-Nutra Health
