Hi Susan, thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We're glad to hear that the program served as a good reset, and we appreciate you giving the program a try. While some participants may experience weight loss as a benefit, it is not the primary goal of the 5-Day Fasting Mimicking Diet (FMD). Weight loss can be a positive side effect of the metabolic changes supported by the program, but the FMD was originally developed by Dr. Valter Longo to support the body's natural cellular rejuvenation processes, including autophagy, while promoting overall metabolic health and healthy aging. Every person's body responds differently, and individual results can vary based on a variety of factors. We truly appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best on your continued health journey. If there’s ever anything we can do to support you, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Hi Andrea, thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We completely understand that having soup options better tailored to individual tastes and food sensitivities would make the experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate this feedback and will keep it in mind as we continue working to improve the program for our members, especially those with dietary restrictions or sensitivities. In the meantime, whenever members let us know about food sensitivities, we do our best to help by including additional soup options whenever possible to provide more flexibility throughout the program. We're so glad you've been part of the program, and we hope you've been enjoying your experience working with your Registered Dietitian to help you reach your health goals. If there's ever anything we can do to support you, please don't hesitate to reach out, we're always happy to help!

Hi Renne, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re really glad to hear that you found the Prolon kits easy to follow and well structured, and that the daily Zoom sessions and educational support helped you feel informed and supported throughout the program. A key part of Prolon is not only the 5-day fasting-mimicking protocol itself, but also the guidance and education around it, so it’s great to hear that the live sessions, emails, and access to dietitians added value for you. We also appreciate your note about the personalized support from speaking with a dietitian. That one-on-one guidance is designed to help participants feel more confident during the fast and also transition into longer-term habits aligned with the Longevity Diet after completing the program. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback, it means a lot and helps us continue improving both the product experience and the support around it.
