Hi Jeffrey, Thanks for your review! We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your experience with EMS. We look forward to continuing our relationship with you.
I chose to go with EMS after some terrible experiences with a competitor. This was my first time calling in for support. I spoke with a patient, helpful, knowledgeable person, such a 180 from East Commerce no-Solution. My problem was solved quickly on a Sunday no less.

The salesman Connor was great. Follow-up from company and website team painfully slow/non-existent.

Hi Denise, We've tried to contact you to identify your merchant account so that we can rectify your issue, but we haven't had any luck. Please get back to us with either a MID or an email address, and we would be happy to help you. Thanks!
In the world of a million options, EMS stands out as one of the leaders in the industry. Transparent billing statements, amazing customer service, and the lowest rates in the industry are the reasons we use EMS at several of my companies.
