Outstanding customer support, thank you, Marion! I want to recognize Marion for the exceptional service she provided. She was polite and professional from start to finish, and she truly went above and beyond. Even with the system down, she offered to help in every way she could. With most companies, reaching a live customer support representative takes significant time and effort. With Kurv, I spoke with a real person right away. And when you finally do reach someone elsewhere, getting your issue resolved often means jumping through even more hoops. Everything is good except I am not able to log on the dashboard for almost a week, I was told the system is down, can you please let me know what's going on and when will it fix?

They don't respond to support inquiries from existing clients, no matter if you email their support email, submit a form, etc. It will go unanswered.

This is the old EMS Payments from Cleveland Ohio. They had to change their name because of their predatory reputation. Do not use them. Do not take a reserve - reseve will KILL your company. I agree with the review below - they post FAKE reviews. We have reported them to Trust Pilot. Very defictful company. They will hold your money forever and then lie about it. We reported them to the FTC - you should too. They have over 400 lawsuits filed against Merchants - their attorney is in court for them every day and of course he wins. Just don't do it.

I was introduced to KURV by Romario at Payment Cloud. Romario was very helpful in getting our application approved, and he was very reasonable when negotiating rates. My only contact at KURV itself has been with Julie Burgwald. Julie has also been extremely helpful in getting our merchant account set up, connecting it to Shopify via Authorize.net and helping me understand the various moving pieces. Julie is friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. her follow-up was thorough and rapid.
