She deserves all the gold stars! We know how busy merchants are and appreciate that you took the time to leave a review. Best of luck!
We have been in business with EMS for 5 years. Richard Young was the most knowledgeable and delightful rep to deal with. He returned all my calls, my emails and check to make sure that everything that I requested had been taken care. He make it very easy to deal with all the issues that I've had with EMS so far he is one of the reason that I will stay with the company and not get service with another for need company due to all of his near actionsand Customer Service skills.
