Richard provided excellent support in assisting our merchant with a download and resolving an issue with a malfunctioning terminal. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. His assistance was greatly appreciated.

They have been paid, but are refusing to release money owed to me. I've called everyday for 2 weeks. I'm not being listened to. trying to reach someone who can help me by phone is impossible. This is causing me a great deal of hardship.

****** We never have sold prescription pharmaceuticals re-evaluate the definition then try again**** EMS closed my account citing "risk" without any prior warning or communication. I only discovered the closure when customers reported declined transactions. Upon contacting EMS, I was informed that my account had been closed for two days, yet I received no notification. The department responsible was unavailable, leaving me with no immediate recourse. This forced me to halt operations to prevent further customer dissatisfaction.

We’ve looked closely at your account, which is designated as high risk. Selling prescription pharmaceuticals without the legally required prescription violated the signed agreement. This is illegal and against Visa and MasterCard guidelines. The account was closed immediately for this reason, and you were sent a termination letter on 5/15/25. We’re sorry we are unable to provide payment services at this time. According to the FDA website, one of the products sold by your business does require a prescription. For this reason, your account was closed.

We're glad you're up and running! We want all our merchants to be set up for payment processing success. Thank you for the stars.
My sales rep. Nick Lueking provides excellent customer service. There are two things I dislike. Not showing a separate line item for the 3% charge to customers on the receipt. The 1¢ difference on the batch report from time to time.

Thank you for the kind words about Nick. Since you have a physical terminal, you must contact customer service regarding line items and batch reports. We appreciate your business and wish you the best!
