Prices really have come up recently. Thought it was just me then I see other people complaining.

I visited the Kroger gas station on Stage Road in Bartlett today to purchase gas, and I was disappointed with the customer service I received. As I walked up to pay for my gas at pump two, I greeted the cashier by saying, "Hi, how are you?" The cashier, Jessyca, did not acknowledge or greet me. Instead, she continued talking on her phone and acted as if I wasn't standing there. As a paying customer, I expect at least a basic greeting and for my transaction to have the employee's full attention. Personal phone conversations should not take priority over assisting customers. Not only is it unprofessional, but it can also lead to mistakes, such as customers being assigned to the wrong gas pump or having issues with their fuel points. I understand that everyone has busy days, but common courtesy goes a long way. If you're working in customer service, customers should feel acknowledged and respected. I hope management addresses this so future customers receive the level of service they deserve. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the level of customer service for future customers.

Krogers has repeatedly sold me used medication and product that has clear indications of rat/mouse presence. The reason im here now leaving this review is because i got a instant ice pack from the krogers pharmacy and it was already used inside the box, so no relief for my surgery. Product is often out dated and the management/corporate is rude and entitled. you can clearly tell when corporate people are coming to view a store because of the complete disregard for the customer. I've actually had some people in suits talk over me as a customer to a employee, stopping them helping me and having them do something else or converse. Kroger also lead the charge on putting little clinics inside grocery store. I dont know whos idea it was to funnel sick people into where we get food, but they shouldn't have a job. The little clinics should be off site like the liquor stores. Nothing like someone with the flu going to the clinic and then browsing produce for 2 hours waiting on their prescription. The ice pack really pissed me off.

Krogers in Oak Park Michigan is the WORSE!! No matter what time of the day it’s ALWAYS LONG Lines they NEED extreme Help only have 1 or 2 cashier and even with self help scanning it’s still always Busy. I hate going to this Krogers. Send them more help IMMEDIATELY!! 

I have been a Kroger shopper for over 30 years. But this one is horrible. Their perishable items are often expired and if not, then very close to being out of date. I've seen items that expired 3 months previous and the entire bin was full of them. Also watch prices from the meat dept. The tag on the shelf will say one price but many many times I get to the register and its always higher. Kinda makes you think it's on purpose. I've heard cashiers talk about things to the bagging person that should have not been said in public. These days I'm going to Food City and Ingles and am much happier in every way. Some of the help are friendly/helpful, but the majority are not. Avoid this particular Kroger like the plague. Middlebrook Pike, Knoxville, TN

....The Krogers store in Huntington,Indiana is a good store that needs some improvement. ...This store can use some supervision once and a while, as well. ..The store is clean, the products are of good quality, just need to end the digital coupons and more transparency for customers. ....Most of the employees are very good, with the exception of two; A elderly lady who has been working for Krogers for about 11 years, who is nasty and does nothing, refuses to serve customers. The other employee is "Danielle", who is very nasty,useless and creates a hostile environment for customers. ...That being said, I appreciate the Kroger discount fuel ! And I really like the store, However, the Kroger company, or employees have removed /deleted many truthful Google reviews.

I went to Kroger on Saturday morning specifically to purchase several choice steaks Kroger had advertised for the week. When I arrived, I saw that the price was $1 more per pound than advertised. No big deal, except that they didn’t have any of the steaks that were advertised. When I inquired about the steaks, an employee in the department said that the steaks would be out “later.” When I asked about price, he replied that he wasn’t in charge of pricing. I left and did what I should have done to begin with…went straight to HEB. Lesson learned. Kroger wonders why HEB is crushing them. Experiences like this are exactly why.

This review is about kroger grocery store I bought a large container of kroger cold slaw it was disqusting it was slimmy they call it creamy because of all the gum thickener they put in it to thicken it up real cold slaw don't need all the extra chemicals what kroger sold me was a bucket of slimmy slop it cost me 8.99 and I was not able to go to the store for return at the time I am done with buying ready made food from kroger or any store they feed you a chemical concoction of slop this is what these stores think of it's customers all they care about is your dollars not you as long as we keep buying slop from them they will keep selling you slop.
