Great product, No Customer Service.
I got a pair of speakers (ProMedia 2.1 THX) from Klipsch in late January. They arrived, and the instructions were in pictures only with very little detail (this is a huge pet peeve of mine, and I don't understand why companies do it), with VERY important information left out. I tried to contact customer service to ask about it, but ultimately had to end up figuring out the answer to my question on my own via a third-party youtube video. Once I figured that out, I still had some clarifying questions about something I saw in the instruction booklet and sent a follow-up email. I sent my first email January 27. It is February 22 and no one has bothered to reply. But they keep sending me emails asking me to review the product I bought. This is not a good look. At the very least, you could try including instructions with your product that includes all of the information so that customers don't have to reach out to your non-responsive customer service. That said, I love the speakers. I just hope I don't ever have a problem with them or need to use the warranty, because I already know I'm not getting any help. I was seriously considering getting a sound bar from this company as a gift, but knowing how their customer service is essentially nonexistent, I will probably look elsewhere.
