The product itself is incredible in design and in terms of sheer practicality. KeepKey solves the biggest concern of Bitcoin - proper storage for those of us who believe to be on the right side of history. Not only do you remain in total control of your BTC (instead of some third party online wallet), the ease of sending/receiving from the device and the stability/security is unparalleled, and yes, I own a Trezor as well. Customer support is everything you'd expect from a company doling out such a quality piece of hardware at a small price tag. Prompt, courteous, and caring - my first support ticket was answered in minutes and fulfilled to my satisfaction. I find it daunting to see many trust third party wallets to store their precious BTC, always remember that decentralization was the underlying theme in the very creation of Bitcoin - it was meant to be handled by you and YOU alone, third party institutions have been telling us what we can and can't do with our funds for far too long - this device allows me to passively invest in the future of digital currency without losing sleep whether or not my coins will still be in my wallet come morning in a world of hackers, malware, and intrusive cyber attacks.
