I had a network issue, and they came out and found it was just a disconnected wire. They could have easily charged me, but instead, they fixed it for free and even took care of a few other small issues. When I asked how much I owed, they simply said, “We didn’t do anything worth charging for.” It’s rare to find this kind of honesty and professionalism these days. Highly recommended!
