I am writing to express my satisfaction with the prompt reimbursement process for the services my puppy has received, whether routine or emergency. The efficiency of the system is commendable and greatly appreciated. However, I would like to suggest an enhancement to the claims submission process. Providing an option to submit claims via computer would be a significant improvement. It would offer greater convenience and accessibility, allowing for a more user-friendly experience.

Didn't get back 90% they star 90 a then 80 and now 60% my insurance gro up as well my deductible. Didn't let me know. Every year will increase. I'm sad about everything they said. But Didn't do everything are lies. Nice service but it's all. Not recommended this insurance
