My kids are loving the basketball hoop! Ordering and shipping was a quick and easy process and the quality of the product is great. We love our Jumpflex trampoline and recommend them to everyone!

Delivery was quick. I docked 1 star because when it shipped, the email said it would be a delivery of 3 of 3 boxes. When I only received 2 boxes I started freaking because I thought one was lost. I received an email from Jumpflex saying 3 of 3 boxes had been delivered. When I went to the original email notification that my items had shipped so that I could get the number for customer service, I noticed that there was another tracking number. I clicked on it and it was for the 3rd box, which was scheduled to be delivered the next day. I did eventually receive all the ordered items, but the shipping communication was poor.
