Best customer service ever!

We love our trampoline and have received nothing less than A+ customer service along the way! I would highly recommend.

Jumpflex customer service has been extremely helpful, particularly Sary. My order failed to ship from one of the US based distribution centers in a timely manner (i.e., 3+ weeks), and Sary fixed the problem by going through a different one…the trampoline arrived within one week after the new order was placed! My boys love their Jumpflex trampoline and have been on it constantly since it was assembled! Many thanks to the Jumpflex team!

I ordered the 15ft trampoline on a Thursday night and it was delivered on Saturday morning! All pieces were delivered intact. This was a birthday present for my two sons whose birthday is in January. We could not wait and I have it to them already. I am a 265 lbs person and I was able to jump/play with my sons. Overall, I am very please and look forward to adding some accessories.
