It is amazing trampoline we love it!

This is our second Jump flex trampoline! We purchased the first right at the beginning of COVID. It was durable and the kids loved it! Sadly it was damaged in a nor’easter (we live near the shore and get some very high winds). We purchased a new trampoline and it is just as awesome as the first.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with our Jumpflex trampoline, accessories and the service I’ve received from Jumpflex over the years. They are a top flight company. If I ever need another trampoline or any accessories for our current one I won’t look anywhere else. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Needed new straps due to the Texas weather. Sent an email customer served took care of it and the parts were here in 3 days Awesome customer service!

Amazing quality. It delivered fast! I had no issues with missing parts. There weren’t any dents or chips in any of the pieces. The best part though was the step by step instructions! JumpFlex set the example there! Thank you so much.
