Ordered the 150 for grandkids birthday, order arrived ahead of schedule. Unboxed the trampoline after watching assembly video. (highly recommend) Assembly was straightforward and the equipment and instruction first class. This is a very stable and safe trampoline and the kiddos love it.

Great customer service. Fedex lost a slide that was an accessory we purchased for the trampoline. I reached out to Jumpflex and they shipped me another slide out that we received a few days later. Thank y'all for the help! Kids love it.

Great product and service after the sale

Love my new trampoline . This is my second jump flex the first one I had for five years used it heavily and it was still like new. The only reason I had to get a new one was because we had major wind storm with a hundred mile an hour winds which pulled the trampoline (which was staked down) out of the ground and dropped it on top our garage. Overall a great trampoline with really nice bounce and the best safety nets of any trampoline couldn't be more pleased. Also my daughter and her cousins use it a lot, but I got it for me I'm a plus two hundred pounds jumper who uses this a whole lot . So not just great for kids. Awesome and fun way for adults to get in shape as well.
