Got parts we needed fast and cost efficient

The zipper broke on our trampoline so we reached out to Jumpflex to get a new net. Customer support was very understanding and they were able to ship us a new net over the following week. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend a Jumpflex trampoline for the great customer service alone.

Great product that is quality! My kids love jumping on the trampoline! I had a small issue with a sleeve that stitching was coming off and they sent a replacement ASAP. They stand behind their product! The net goes all the way to the front of the springs so kids can’t fall on the springs. We jump on it every day! The Exercise is fantastic for me as well!
