I absolutely love the fact that the price is locked in no matter what and that there is someone available that can answer questions. One thing that I hope gets fixed is the shipping delays…. Outside of that Embody is the best hands down

This has been a terrible experience I was really excited when I got my first month script and everything seemed to be legitimate. Now it’s my second month I was billed on September 21 I keep getting delay emails. I call and they say that it’s 10 business days. They give me no other answers tomorrow makes 10 business days. I called the pharmacy this morning medivera was my pharmacy. They stated they have the script but the dr that wrote it is not authorized to prescribe medication. So it got kicked back to open loop (which is the company that handles the dr’s I guess.) so I call embody tell them what I found out and they have me on hold for 30 minutes. Then they say they got approval for another dr to write the script it will happen at some point. Oh ya this also resets my 10 business day wait time. As it doesn’t start until the pharmacy receives the new script and I don’t know when that will be. This is a miserable experience. I think I’m just going to charge it back and count my losses.

Hi Anthony, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about this frustrating and confusing experience, especially after a positive start. The repeated delays, conflicting information from different parties, and the reset of your waiting period are certainly not the experience we want for our patients. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provider our patients. We'd like to review your account to understand what happened and address your concerns. - Embody Team
This is a very easy program to follow. I like having a way to communicate any time I have questions

Embody is a huge scam. My purchase was for six month supply of trizepitide for $738. They sent the first month then ghosted me. At the end of the first month I completed the monthly intake form for the refill which never got reviewed. They never sent any additional medication. I reached out to them four or five times and continually received the response "your issue has been elevated and you should receive a response in 24-48 hours." I have yet to receive a response. I had no side effects or results when using the first month of medication which makes me wander if it was legitimately a GLP1 or if it was just a saline solution. Due to no response from embody I've had to file a fraud claim with the BBB and dispute the credit card purchase since I didn't receive the product paid for. I strongly recommend to stay away from Embody, it is a total SCAM!

Hi Jared, we understand how frustrating it would be to pay for a multi-month supply, receive only the first month, and then have difficulty getting a response regarding the remaining orders. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide to our patients. We'd like the opportunity to review what happened with your refill request and the communications you had with our team. - Embody Team
I am getting everything I expected so far and am pleased.
