I'm new to this. Chat was all over the place. My best experience was talking to a nurse who guided me to what I should do next. I appreciated her time, listening to what I was feeling and experiencing through this GPL journey.

The chat is terrible. When you call it feels like you are talking to AI. Nobody could answer my questions. So I was assigned a VIP account manager Percy. This is much better because you have a live person to answer your questions and he was very professional. Honestly I wasn't going to renew my subscription but he changed my mind. The medicine comes pretty quickly. Price is fantastic.

The pharmacy they use is very slow. It take at least 5 days from the date the prescription is sent to to them before the pharmacy processes it and ships the medication out. There have been times it did not arrive in time for my next dose.

The nurse was very helpful. However it has taken since September 22nd for me to be able to speak to someone to answer my questions.

I have lost 16 pounds in my first month. I have a history of BED and PMOS, but with my primary care doctor, therapy, and the help of a GLP1 I feel like I have got it under control and am starting to see successful weight loss that I plan on keeping off. The only thing that I do not like is that they promise you delivery in 1 to 2 days, however my orders have consistently been late and this order is now 2 weeks late, about to be 3 by the time I receive it at my doorstep. I am using my last vial but please make sure to contact a registered nurse to make sure it is okay to keep using said vial. Thank you Embody for being a cheaper but successful alternative to full priced GLP1s!

I have been on the regimen for 13 weeks. The last 3-4 weeks have been disappointing with little change. I can't speak to a clinician for two weeks due to availability and now I'm reading users saying they received missed appointment notices when they were waiting for their calls. Expected the clinical side to respond as quickly as the sales and service side does.

First, i want to say i rated this a 3 but not because of my Xavier who is my personal account help. He has been absolutely wonderful to work with and talk to. He called promptly Wednesday morning anticipating that i received my order the day before and had started the medication. Asked how i was doing and advised to save his number and reach any time. 5 plus stars to him for being responsive and communicating with me. The reason for the 3 was the serious lack of communication from anyone before him regarding shipping and delays. I had referred several people to this program and we all ordered roughly the same time give or a take a day or 2. My order was placed 9/29 and didn’t receive anything until 10/13! On the other hand one of my referrals placed their order 10/1 and received theirs 10/3! So huge delay in shipment time for me which was disappointing as i was hearing so many good reviews on the improvement in their shipping. If the shipping would be faster all the costumers would likely be much happier to stay with this company. I do see several reviews on delays for refills so we will see what happens and if there’s a huge delay in getting the second vial or not. Thanks again Xavier for being the best!
